Board Room Rental for Members Only
The Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer rental space for our Board Room. Our Board Room is a professional and inviting space that is perfect for meetings, training, and workshops for up to 8 people.
Features of our Board Room:
- Seats up to 8 people comfortably
- Table and chairs
- Projector and screen
- Renters must bring their own laptop and printer.
- Setting up equipment is the responsibility of the renter and must be returned to its original condition after the function
- Wi-Fi access
- Air conditioning and heating monitored by office staff
- Ample parking in the Pinnacle Financial Administrative lot
- Access to the MPCC kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. Coffee and paper products are not provided. Liquid dishwashing detergent is available.
Rental Rates:
- 2 hour minimum for $50 an hour or a daily rate of $200
Daily rate is for normal office hours Mon - Thursday from 10 AM - 3 PM, and subject to availability. If these hours do not work, please contact the MPCC Directly.
Keeping our event space clean is essential for the enjoyment of all our guests. We provide trash bins to dispose of trash. Our cleaning service will remove the trash from the bins, but we expect the space to be returned to its original condition. Please be respectful of our space and help us keep it clean for everyone.

The Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce offers a professional and inviting event space for rent. Our event room is perfect for large meetings, training, workshops, and other events.

- Seats up to 24 people comfortably
- 8 folding tables and 24 chairs
- Projector and screen upon request
- Renters must bring their own laptop and printer.
- Setting up equipment is the responsibility of the renter and must be returned to its original condition after the function
- Wi-Fi access
- Air conditioning and heating monitored by office staff
- Ample parking in the Pinnacle Financial Administrative lot
